“American Exorcist” A Horror Film Kickstarter [2015] PLEASE DONATE

scrapthm

This is an indie-horror film about a Ghost Hunter trapped in a haunted skyscraper on Christmas Eve. We’re trying to raise our post-production expenses.

PLEASE DONATE http://www.AmericanExorcistMovie.com

“American Exorcist” is the second horror film from directors Tony Trov & Johnny Zito. It’s about a paranormal investigator, trapped in a haunted skyscraper on Christmas Eve. The skeptical young woman, Georgette Dubois, is horrified once confronted with the reality of the supernatural. She risks life and limb to escape her ghoulish prison, stranded on the 11th floor.

We’ve already raised the production budget of $30,000. The film will begin shooting in February at an office building in Philadelphia, PA.

However, we DO NOT have the funds to get through Post-Production.

These expenses include (but are not limited to):
-A professional editing computer ($2,100)
-Tons of hard drive space ($1,200)
-Sound design/mixing/mastering ($2,000)
-Color correction ($1,400)-Export fees ($1,800)
-Distribution costs. ($1,500)

Of course this is a bare bones list. Should we raise more money for “American Exorcist” our stretch goals include:

-Post visual effects
-Drone Camera Shots
-Professional box cover design
-Official Website
-Promotional Materials

This is a huge professional leap for a lot of the people involved. With this money we’ll be able to afford the audio and visual professionalism the story demands.

“American Exorcist” is the second film we are attempting to fund through Kickstarter. With your help, we’re proving this is a viable way for artists to support their dreams.

“American Exorcist” is the second feature from SOUTH Fellini; a DiY comic and film studio founded by award winning writer/producers Tony Trov & Johnny Zito. They specialize in monsters and tough girls. Trov and Zito are popular creators in the comic book and Philly fringe community.
